Wow! What a surprise.

A British Columbia lawyer has managed to get an injunction to stop the MMJ laws from changing. On April 1st, all home grow operations would become illegal.

Fantastic news, but it's not a victory yet as the injunction could be fought off.

Does that change anything for the commercial growers or does it just allow home growers to keep growing?
