DIY rDWC system
Re: DIY rDWC system
no way! that's Happy's strain. he can have it no matter how good it is. I don't have that kind of patience. these are both 9 weeks
Re: DIY rDWC system
luckily, this is my second time with each strain from the same dispensary. no worries, mate!
Re: DIY rDWC system
just a quick update after 2 weeks of 12/12. plants only stretched 8 inches so far in 2 weeks. from 17" after 4 weeks veg and they are 25" now.
I used the Solarstorm400 for the first 5 days of 12/12. Then my new 600 w HPS came in the mail and couldn't wait to try it out. So far so good...

Re: DIY rDWC system
Well, it's been 5.5 weeks since 12/12. They finally stopped growing vertically about 4 days ago.
2things about the new rDWC: the larger res size 35 gallons vs a single tote with only 10 to 15gallons is much more stable pH wise. When I do a res change, and then set my pH at 5.8, it will stay there for almost a whole week. Set it and forget it! The other nice thing is being able to have a control res outside the grow room. Can do stuff while the lights are off like adjust pH or EC without worrying about doing it only during lights o

man, i just realized there is a zoom feature in the bottom right of each pic. nice! can really see some nice trichs even on the underside of the leaves on the chiesel. 3 UV bulbs seem to be doing the trick.
Re: DIY rDWC system
two weeks to go...
Re: DIY rDWC system
Such beautiful plants...I'd like to see them in normal lighting too.
