Plants actually use quite a bit of the visible spectrum including green. A light mover should easily be able to handle that weight if the mover is mounted properly. Whether or not you use one is up to you.

While they will move the light around when they move the light to one area, they take light away from another and is therefore a wash when when it comes to production. Always better to know...150+ does seem too high but 130-ish should be fine, imho.

Yeah, I have some LED bulbs that get hot (sealed up of course), I'd still want to check all around with a thermometer to be sure.

Have you checked the heat output? You don't want to melt that plastic bucket, cause a short and start a fire...
